Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of and participation in the SecondBrain Challenge (the "Program"), sold by Business Blueprints ("we," "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

The Program is a 4-week live online challenge that teaches you to build a personal "second brain" software system using AI tools. It includes four live group calls (every Saturday in August 2026 at 12pm ET), recordings of those calls, and supporting materials such as templates, prompts, and setup guides. It is an educational product — not software we host or operate for you, and not a done-for-you service.

2. Payment

The price is shown at checkout and charged in full at purchase through our payment processor (Shopify). You are responsible for any third-party costs required to build or run your own system (for example, hosting, database, and AI usage fees), which are separate from and not included in the Program price.

3. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because this is a digital product with live classes, you receive immediate access to materials and sessions upon purchase, so purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you're unsure whether the Program is right for you, contact us before buying and we'll answer any questions.

4. Access and lifetime materials

After you purchase, you'll receive confirmation by email and text. You get lifetime access to the call recordings and materials, meaning access for as long as we continue to make the Program available. We may update or improve the materials over time.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for showing up to or watching the sessions and doing the work; results depend on your own effort.
• You will keep your account and access details private and not share, resell, or redistribute the materials.
• You will comply with the terms of any third-party tools you use as part of the build.

6. Intellectual property

All Program content — recordings, templates, prompts, and written materials — is owned by Business Blueprints and licensed to you for your own personal use. You may build and keep your own system using what you learn; you may not repackage, resell, or publish the Program materials themselves.

7. No guarantees

We share what has worked for us and others. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or income. The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Cancellation by us

If we need to reschedule a session, we will notify you and provide a recording. In the rare event we cancel the Program entirely before it begins, we will provide a refund for the portion not delivered.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
