This policy explains what information Business Blueprints ("we," "us") collects when you visit this site or buy the SecondBrain Challenge, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Purchase information: when you buy, our payment processor (Shopify) collects your name, email address, phone number, and billing details needed to process the order. We receive your name, email, and phone so we can deliver the Program.
• Communications: if you email or text us, we keep those messages to respond and provide support.
• Basic site data: like most websites, standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) may be collected to keep the site working and understand general traffic.

How we use it

• To deliver the Program — send your confirmation, call links, prep documents, and recordings by email and text.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To send you updates about the Program and, if you opted in, occasional related messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.

Email and text messages

By purchasing and providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional messages about your order and the Program (such as confirmations and call reminders). If you opted into marketing messages, you may receive occasional promotional messages. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Program — for example, our payment processor (Shopify) and our email/SMS delivery tools — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide you lifetime access to the Program and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

• Opt out of marketing email or text at any time using the methods above.
• Request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal information by emailing us (note that we may need to retain certain records for legal or accounting reasons).
